New diet

SO i now have a new diet that i need to do if i want to gain the weight that i want to, my aim is to get up to 60kg (132 lb and 4.43 oz), its not that unreasonable though its a pretty high target, considering i am only 41kgs (90 lb and 6.23 oz) now, I have installed an app on my iPhone called “My Fitness Pal”  this is my Profile  If you would like to follow my journey through my weight gain
