  1. Super job with the food. I think that when you put your mind to something…look out. I am really proud of you. You are gonna be a super role model for Jade. I miss seeing you on FB, alot. You have your reasons and I respect them. Keep up the good work with the food hun. You are awesome and you will see a difference in your body in a while. Try not to weigh yourself more than once a week. I learned that in Weight Watchers. Plus, you can tell by the way your clothes fit how your body is responding to the additional calorie intake.
