Doing wrong?

What am i doing wrong? i re weighed myself today to see how much weight i had put on as i felt like i had put some on and i have lost 600g WTF i have been eating way more calories that i should be and yet i am still loosing weight

  1. Total calories may increase but it depends on the type of food you ate which will determine if you lose or gain weight. i.e carbs vs proteins vs fats
