  1. I’m not sure about where you live but here in the USA that amount of food is called a ‘diet’ … and you are chasing 4 kids! Seriously, I think there are a few in this country that get more calories than that eating salads and vegetables. What does this site recommend for calories for you? http://www.healthycalculators.com/calories-intake-requirement.php Remember that kids and stress will put you equal to someone that works out often.

    I’m reasonably certain that you underestimate the number of calories you burn with the kids and stress. To gain weight on healthy food you have to eat a lot of it. In your situation you’re probably burning it as fast as you can get it into your system. Seriously, stress and kids takes a LOT of energy and that comes from calories.
